Ramsey, born and raised in NWA, brings a strong background in investment banking and infrastructure finance. At Anchor, he leads financial strategy, overseeing underwriting, capital strategy, and portfolio performance across the platform and its clients' assets. His career at Citigroup and Rubicon Capital Advisors sharpened his skills in advising on M&A, project development, and principal investments, building expertise that he now applies to Anchor’s platform. Today, his focus is on optimizing financial performance and structuring opportunities that create long-term value for investors and partners. With deep experience in asset underwriting, financial modeling, and portfolio optimization, Ramsey is a trusted partner to owner/operators.
